OMZ-Foundry is the base enterprise of Corporation Incorporated Machine-building Factories on manufacturing of steel moulding and modelling equipment.

  Long-term traditions and constantly conducted work on improvement of technological processes allow to receive unique on weight, dimensions and technical requirements of casting for the equipment of the first contour of hydraulic turbines; for sinter roasting and the domain equipment, for the mining and cement industry, for press the equipment, for the metallurgical equipment, for hydraulic, gas and steam turbines, for cars of continuous moulding of preparations.

  Powers of a foundry complex provide a full cycle of manufacturing steel casts with weight from 150 kg to 180 tons and overall dimensions 4000х6000х12000 mm.

  Manufacture masters the wide nomenclature of foundry steels: constructional (including alloyed), alloyed with special properties (martensate, martensate-ferritic, austenitic-martensate, austenitic classes).

  Besides domestic standards, there is a wide experience of work with the foreign: DIN, BS, NFA, ASTM, JIS.

  On several kinds casts certificates Lloyd's Register (Great Britain), DNV (Norway), Bureau Veritas (France), the Russian Sea Register of Navigation are received.

  Laboratories are certified on carrying out of all kinds of destroying and not destroying tests. Definition of a chemical compound of materials is made on spectrometers of Philips and ARL firms. Physicomechanical and technological properties of forming and rod mixes are defined on devices of Dietert, G. Fisher, etc firms.

  РCalculation and modelling of all stages of casting is made with the help MAGMASOFT software.
